The Hyundai Santa Fe was firstly introduced in Pakistan as an imported model in February 2019 by Hyundai Nishat Motors. It aimed to bring advanced Hyundai vehicles to the Pakistani market. In October 2023, Hyundai Nishat started locally assembling the 4th generation Santa Fe Hybrid at their state-of-the-art manufacturing facility in Faisalabad.
The official unveiling event of the Santa Fe in Pakistan was held at Emporium Mall in Lahore, where Hyundai also launched their first digital retail store in the country.
