Changan Hikes Prices Across All Models

Overview

Changan Pakistan officially announced the hike in prices accross all the models. The hike is effective July 1, 2025 as announced on July 5, 2025 in Lahore and Islamabad. The inrease implements on the Oshan X7, Alsvin, Karvaan, and Sherpa. For insurance both 5 and 7 seater varients of Oshan X7 met a Rs. 200,000 jump.

According to Changan and automotive analysts, this hike aligns with nationwide industry adjustments following the federal Budget 2025–26. The budget introduced a 1–3% NEV (New Energy Vehicle) adoption levy and rised fuel, exchanged rate pressures and higher operational costs also contributed to the increases. Changan’s hike reflects broader pricing shifts among local manufacturers as they absorb new tax burdens and macroeconomic pressures.
