Launch Overview
United Auto Industries (Pvt.) Ltd., a part of the United Group of Pakistan, launched the new United 70cc model on 19 August 2025. The bike is locally assembled at the company’s Lahore plant, where most of the major components are manufactured in Pakistan, while a few parts are imported. As the second-largest motorcycle assembler after Atlas Honda, United continues to expand its footprint by offering affordable options. Moreover, with local production, the company ensures competitive pricing, and thus strengthens its position against rivals like Honda, Road Prince, and Super Power.

What’s New?
United’s 2025 70cc model comes with a list of “new” features, but in reality, most changes are minor. The company highlights stronger frame parts, a sturdier seat assembly, improved clutch and brake cables, slightly upgraded wiring, and a revamped headlight assembly. However, the biggest highlight pushed in marketing is yet again the “new sticker design”, which has almost become a running joke among bike enthusiasts. Despite all the hype, the core engine, performance, and technology remain the same as previous years. Thus, many riders sarcastically note that United’s yearly “innovation” is mostly about adding a fresh sticker to the same old bike.

Final Verdict
Public reaction stays mixed. Many riders praise its low price, good mileage, and easy resale. However, critics quickly point out poor durability, weak build, and cheap parts. Some buyers like the cosmetic tweaks, yet most mock the “new stickers” as the only yearly upgrade. Therefore, fans call it budget-friendly, but rivals still look stronger. In conclusion, the bike works fine for daily short rides, but long-term users often regret the choice. Thus, it saves money today, but later it costs more in repairs.
